Return Policy

Perishable Products: Baby formula is a hygienic & perishable food product that can not be returned. We guarantee authentic products, and once the formula leaves our warehouse, we do not restock or resell it. This ensures your safety against counterfeit formula. We appreciate your understanding in protecting the integrity of our perishable food items.

We aim for speedy order processing. To cancel, contact us immediately. If possible, we'll refund the order amount minus a 5$ handling fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Once the order is packed and picked up by the courier, cancellation is not possible.

Address Changes:
We deliver to the address provided during purchase. While we'll try to accommodate address changes, we can't guarantee them. Misdeliveries due to old addresses aren't refundable. After leaving our warehouse, we can't redirect packages. Avoid mail redirection requests as they may result in delivery to the old address. Business addresses and P.O. Boxes aren't deliverable.

Once the package departs, coordinate directly with the shipping provider for delivery. If marked as delivered but not found, check common areas and with neighbors. We don't offer refunds for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Undelivered items with tracking numbers are covered by our guarantee, and we'll assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Product Delivered:
If a mistake occurs, contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the shipping label and product. We'll rectify the error if the correct item is available or provide a refund.

Damaged or Lost Items:
Report any damage to the courier and Organic Formula Shop within three days, including photographic evidence. Keep the original packaging for evidence. For lost packages, we'll initiate an investigation with the carrier. Refunds will be issued accordingly.

Updated Product Packaging:
Manufacturers may update packaging, ensuring freshness. Receiving newer packaging doesn't entitle customers to refund rights.

Delivery Delays:
Allow 2-5 business days for delivery, excluding weekends. Delivery delays caused by carriers or import/customs clearance aren't refundable. We strive to ship within 12-24 hours on business days.

Refunds, once approved, will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card company.

Customer Fraud:
Product complaints require evidence. Falsifying product information will be dealt with legally. Follow instructions for lab testing. Batch numbers will be matched against claims.

Gift Cards:
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
